WEDDING COORDINATION
Our services are ideal for the couples that have their wedding planned already but need some extra help making sure the day runs smoothly and stays on track. This service typically starts 2 months before the wedding day.
Perfect for those couples who are getting close to the finish line and ready to
pass the baton!
WEDDING COORDINATION INCLUDES:

Monthly check-in emails starting 90 days prior to wedding

Vendor management for 30 days prior to wedding

2 in-person or virtual meetings

One lead planner & 1 assistant at your event

INVESTMENT: $1,250
SERVICES SUBJECT TO ADDITIONAL FEES
Travel fees - $0.70 per mile, roundtrip, for locations located more than 30 miles from Lincoln, NE (distances over 150 miles will also require a hotel fee of $150)
Ceremony & reception at separate locations: $100
Set up or teardown of tables and/or chairs: $250
Decor set up or teardown may be subject to additional fees starting at $100 if decor is extensive & requires more than 1 assistant on day-of

a look into our process
inquiry / booking process
When you initially inquire, I'll send over a booking guide, answer any questions you have, and ask some questions about your vision for your big day! Then I'll send you the contract and invoice. Once the contract is signed & 50% retainer is submitted, you're officially booked!
90 days before
Around 90 days before your wedding, I'll email you to set up a meeting, either in-person or virtual. At this meeting, we'll talk alllllll about your wedding plans, your vision and your decor. I'll use this meeting to start building your day-of timeline.
60 days before
By 60 days out, I'll send you a timeline rough draft for your approval. This is also when I'll begin reaching out to vendors to confirm each of their arrival & departure times, as well as services provided.
30 days before
At 30 days out, I'll take over vendor communication. Any vendor questions can be routed directly to me and I'll handle things that pop up so you don't have to. Around this time, we'll also plan our second meeting to confirm any details and make sure everything is ready to go.
your wedding day!!!
The big day is here!! I'm typically the first one on-site in the morning and the last one out at the end of the night. I'll handle vendor arrivals and setup, keep the day-of on track according to the timeline we created, set up and teardown decor, send everyone down the aisle, and handle any mishaps that pop up throughout all of it. You don't have to worry about a thing!
