Sage Events specializes in wedding coordination, rather than full service planning. Our coordination services are ideal for couples that have their wedding planned already but want some extra help making sure the day runs smoothly and stays on track. Perfect for the couples who are getting close to the finish line and are ready to pass the baton!
All coordination packages include the following:
- 1 lead planner & 1 assistant planner
- Timeline creation for the day-of
- 1 hour rehearsal walkthrough
- Unlimited email communication from time of booking

inquiry & booking
When you initially inquire, I'll answer any questions you have and ask some questions about your vision for your big day. Then I'll send you the contract and invoice. Once the contract is signed & 50% non-refundable deposit is submitted, you're officially booked!
45-90 days before
Depending on your chosen package, this is when the coordination begins. I'll email you to set up a virtual meeting where we'll talk alllllll about your wedding plans, vendors, your vision and your decor. I'll use this meeting to start building your day-of timeline.
after our meeting
Within a couple weeks after our meeting, I'll send you a timeline rough draft for your approval. This is also when I'll begin reaching out to vendors to confirm each of their arrival & departure times, as well as services they are providing.
30 days before
By 30 days out, I'll have reached out to all of your vendors so they can route questions through me. I'll communicate with both you and them to ensure the timeline works for everyone and continue to make changes accordingly. We'll also schedule our final meeting for 1-2 weeks out.
your wedding day!!!
The big day is here!! I'm typically the first one on-site in the morning and the last one out at the end of the night. I'll handle vendor arrivals and setup, keep the day-of on track according to the timeline we created, set up and tear down decor if you added it on, and send everyone down the aisle, and handle any mishaps that pop up throughout all of it. You don't have to worry about a thing!
