full service planning INCLUDES:

  • Vendor sourcing

  • Design & decor assistance

  • Budget creation & maintenance

  • Multiple pre-event meetings (up to 15 hours of in-person to check in on important milestones including scouting locations and vendor meetings)

  • Ceremony & reception floor plan creation

  • Custom 12 month checklist

  • Design & decor assistance

  • Day-of coordination (Includes everything listed in "month-of coordination" tier)

INVESTMENT: $2,500

MONTH-OF COORDINATION

The package for the couples that have their wedding planned already but need some extra help making sure the day runs smoothly and stays on track. This service typically starts 1 month before the wedding day.

Ideal for those couples who are getting close to the finish line and ready to

pass the baton!

MONTH-OF COORDINATION INCLUDES:

  • Custom 30 day checklist

  • Vendor management for 30 days prior to wedding

  • Tips & final payment disbursement

  • Gift management

  • Assist with decoration setup & teardown

  • 1 hour rehearsal walk-through

  • 1 initial in-person consultation & 1 check-in meeting 2 weeks before wedding

INVESTMENT: $800

INVESTMENT: $1,400

  • Multiple pre-event meetings (up to 6 hours of in-person meetings to check in on important milestones and vendor meetings)

  • Day-of coordination (Includes everything listed in "month-of coordination" tier)

  • Vendor recommendations for any last minute bookings

  • Custom 6 month checklist

  • Design & decor assistance

PARTIAL planning INCLUDES:

The package for the couples that have their wedding planning started but are looking for some assistance finishing it up. This service typically starts 6 months before your wedding day, after most major vendors are already booked.

This service is ideal for couples who have the major work done but want help with all the details.
